“Life is full of disappointments…it’s almost endless the number of them we come across – someone stops loving you, showing you genuine affection and compassion, they lie flat to your face about simple things, you don’t get that job you want, you lose a best friend or you just fall short on your goals.  In all this disappointment, who do you turn to for encouragement and strength.  In your walk turn to the Lord because man will fail you 1,000 times and counting while the Lord will never fail you once.  Trust in the Lord, heed His decrees and when He speaks to you please listen.”

“On occasion, the Lord may whisper to you.  What He unveils to you will be the truth because He is truth.  Take heed to what He says – be obedient versus having to sacrifice because of your own selfish desires.”

“It’s okay to shout for joy sometimes.  Go ahead and let it out.  Be thankful for that blessing and let the Lord know how much you appreciate it!”
